Aren't rambly, anonymous, incoherent comments just plain annoying?

Right. Malaysia has been rocked again by the latest case of sexual abuse.
I wonder what the powers-that-be/male chauvinistic @$$wipes are gonna say this time? Who are they gonna blame?
You can, perhaps, with an overly-generous stretch of imagination, blame women who "dress sexily" for "asking for it". After all, any woman who wears shorts is definitely asking to be raped, and if she wears a body-hugging shirt, she's just looking for it, right? Men can't be blamed, no of course not! How dare you suggest such a thing? Men can't control their own desires, so women must not tempt them!
But how about a little girl? How about a fully-covered student? How about an old lady? I wonder how they "invited" all the sexual harassment, abuse and rape.
Instead of acting like a bunch of rowdy monkeys, calling each other names, debating about trivial matters and making stupid, inane, chauvinistic remarks, the powers-that-be should start doing what they're supposed to do, namely stop playing the Blame Game and start taking measures to make our streets a safer place again.
What does it say about us as a people, as a country, when victims are blamed? When, instead of being able to exercise basic human freedom, we are made to feel guilty and fearful each time we step out onto the streets? When murderers and rapists and thieves and pure excrement material are free to roam around while we are not?
Stop thinking about building more malls, more super projects and start thinking about building up the people of this nation. God knows we need it!
All the external rules and laws won't help an iota. Change must come from within for it to last. Doesn't matter if women are covered from head-to-toe if men are not taught to control themselves, if they grow up in a sick society.
As Jesus said: "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean."Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of dead men's bones and everything unclean. In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness." - Matthew 23:25-28

What If...
What if...
...instead of being known for the Petronas Twin Towers, we are famous for having the cleanest public toilets?
...instead of sending astronauts to space, we used the money to develop our education and health care facilities?
...instead of bringing up racial issues and making a big fuss over ethnicity, we're all truly united?
...instead of just "tolerating" others of different faiths and race, we love and accept them?
...instead of attempting to create the biggest Jalur Gemilang out of roti jala, we worked on being nice and considerate to the people around us?
...instead of building megastructures, we maintain and improve the ones we have?
...instead of planning grand projects, we learn to keep our public places litter-free?
...instead of calling each other stupid names, fighting over trivial matters, and wasting public funds, our elected representatives actually did what we elected them to do?
...instead of placing such importance on how many As students get, we work to actually improve the quality of education?
