Greener Grass?
Is the grass always greener in other pastures?
Not necessarily. It may seem so, but hey, optical illusion, anyone?
Sometimes, you never realize how much something or someone means to you until you've lost it/them.
Stop being discontented with what you have and start cherishing your life as it is.

oh...this is so true!!! if I am not mistaken, the last issue of Our Daily Bread had a devotion on this greener grass thingy.
That morning, I woke up feeling so unhappy in my relationship with ty that i wanted to end it. but a small voice in me said 'don't rush'. read the bible first.
and then i read that day's ODB. i for got the bible passage but the gist was about greener grass.
if i had focus on the greener grass and my own wishes to be happier, i would have ended my relationship wif ty that day itself. but that morning's devotion changed everything as it spoke to me so right on time! many divorces happen bcos they focus on the greener grass. that's selfish! when u r in a relationship, it is all about overcoming together. not pushing the problems away, pretending it needs no overcoming, and move on with sum1 else. :)
