I asked the same question many times :-] and I also thought the same way you did : "Guess that shows how much i know."
Sweetheart, from where I am now today, I can say with my life as a bet to you that LOVE DOES RETURN to you.
Mark4:26-29. We won't know how God works with the seeds that we've sowed into another's life. Love is a seed too :)
Many times, we sow in point A but reap in point B.
